They have a plan for unlimited calling to India but it is restricted up to 200 minutes per day. (50 cents / day ). On top of it i use 120-180 min per day but as per them i have used more than 200 minutes and also they do not give any message or signal for minutes used so far on that particular day. I have been paying for 3Mbps service for over two years. For much of that time, the service has delivered between .7 and 1.3 Mbps as verified by both speedtest.net and speakeasy.com. You have GOT to get this place closed! There are shootings at LEAST twice a week there. I hear gunshots almost everynight. My girlfriend, and I live less than a block away from this place... I ordered a fisheye lense from this company. the shipping was advertised as being free, but two days after ordering i recieved an email from them stating that this was domestic (US) only. since shipping to Norway was more than the lense itself I wanted them to refund my money. two weeks later still no answer to my refund request. three more weeks and ten emails later, still no answer from them. Since Aug. 2010 Direct Tv has promised us the use of the all famous Whole Home system. Beware, it is really not whole home. You have have one DVR and recievers in each bedroom. They told me that my boys could watch their recorded shows at the same time in their bedrooms. They cannot. This company came to do the grooming on my dog and promised a 5 star treatment that included nail trimming. My wife was alone home when they came and performed the service on my dog. When I came home I found out that they did not do the nail trimming on my dog, I called them and promised to show up next day.
