Owner of Sabre CMA, Sabrina, is very unprofessional. She has the worst attitude, she doesn't run business well. Tried to model for her, but had to leave because her work ethic is the worst! We bought a 2009 Oak Creek 18 X 80 from the Tulsa location and we have had nothing but problems with it every since! We have had problems with eveything from the electricity to the ceilings to the hot water heater. It has been very difficult to get them to come out and work on the house at all and when they do some of the work they do is very unsatisfactory. Our house is a very poor quality home and Oak Creek refuses to do anything to make this right. And their 7 year warrenty is a joke. One of the businesses I do work for was fooled into sending money to Domain Registry of America. That's really not surprising considering the way they work. See this story from The Register earlier this year. They send out official looking notices that unsuspecting busy people will often pay. We booked a cruise on Oceania which was going to Egypt and the Middle East. Oceania permits a cancellation, with full refund, without fee, if done more than ninety days prior to cruise. In view of the breakout of unrest and hostilities in the region, we elected to cancel. The booking agent, Key Vacation Center (aka Key Travel, Key Traveler, and Keycruises, refused to put through the cancellation unless and until they received a check for their "cancellation fee". I pay $114/mon the cable and it included the gameshow channel GSN...many of us feel this was a FAMILY channel not a SPORTS channel. Pasadena LA Fitness Manager, Bonaventure, is sorely lacking in professionalism, customer service skills and basic competence. I have observed him on several occasions making aggressive sexual remarks and unwelcome physical advances towards female members.
