I upgraded my phone last week and received it this past Monday, I backed up my contacts last night. Today the brand new phone I just got Monday stopped working. I went to the corporate store here in Houston on SW Freeway, waited an hour and half, the representative was rude, insolent and condenscending, was given a refurburshed phone which I had to pay an additional $21.00 for and when I went to update my contacts online there were none. No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. They must be running a night after hours club illegally. They play music real loud every Friday night and Saturday night unitl 4 in the morning. I have told everone that works at the hotel and I even told an inspector of the building what was going on. Building inspector asked me if I think it is the security people at the hotel. I have been told to call the police if I have a problem. I have been told to knock on the door. I cannot do any of these things on my own. And the music is also played on weekdays. It was my fourth visit and attempt at getting one of the employees at Impact Guns to show me a gun or even show any customer service whatsoever this afternoon in Ogden, Utah. Fell a couple payments behind on a car loan. Started working again to repay and bring current. There is a line in the contract I signed that states appearently they can cancel the entire loan if the payments fall 100 days behind. Adopted a puppy from this "non-profit" rescue for $350 cash only. The puppy was taken to the vet the next day for a wellness check up. She had Parvo. We sadly euthanized her after much thought. This Vet is doesn't know most of basic medical treatments for horses. He will starve a horse for days with only water for simple colic. Won't even take an xray after a few days to confirm any diagnoses. I had the misfortune of ordering a "free trial" for spider veins back in 12/10. It was junk and I returned it within the 30 day trial, but I had given them my debit card to pay for shipping charges.
