When GMAC changed to Ally and GM went bankrupt, there was a definite change in policy regarding lease vehicles. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from GM for 20 years. When leasing, I have always turned my vehicles in in perfect condition with never a charge for excess wear or damamge. In June 2010, I tried to file a petition of ajustment of status in USA for my husband. When I looked online the first site that pops up was 'Immigration forms@USCIS" and "USCIS-helpline.info", I requested the form, they sent it to me and ask me to send it back with the immigration fees which was $1.365.00. We have been trying now to make contact with Kobus, the rental agent, for a week, via telephone calls (that he promises to phone back, but never does) and via email, as we have to move to a new place and are interested in almost 5 places they have for rent. We have not heard anything from them, no response once so ever. It is incredibly frustrating for us. To what extent must we go to in order to do business with these people? If I had a choice at this stage, I would prefer not to work with them at all. Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still. We made reservations to stay in a cabin named Blue Haven (Blue Heaven on the website). They claimed that it would sleep eight people. We paid $1489 for 4 days during the Thanksgiving weekend.
