McDowell Label printed some labels for one of my clients and the labels started flaking off the silver coating which was a potential hazard for the consumer. Fortunately quality control caught the problem before it left the manufacturing facility. AT&T Tech support plus sucks. One day a spent more than 60 minutes of my time on phone trying to talk to a representative. Yes more than 60 mins! This is horrible! Has anyone experienced this so far? Before you rush out to add the WORRY FREE SERVICE CONTRACT to your already over charged billing be warned. Have had this contract for 3 years and this past month actually needed to use it due to problems with my water heater. Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still.
