They performed the classic bait and switch with the cost, quality and service. Originally was supose to cost $1495 for complete rebuild. The place is infested with bedbugs. We told the property manager, Jennifer Mohrman and she accused us of bringing the bugs in. My friends' daughter turns one today and still has a huge disgusting rash from these bugs. At 200+ night, one would expect a clean place to lay your head down...instead our trip was a nightmare! Stayed at the Bear rock Lodge in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee only to find that the place was infested with bedbugs. When we complained to the property manager, she accused us of bringing the bedbugs into her cabin. Worse yet, she is not getting of the infected mattresses.
