I tried to cancel my puppy wellnes plan when we lost out dog and was told I would have to pay the balance owed. (about $50.00) I refused to pay The account has now been sold to a collection agency and the amount has grown to $75.00. I purchased a Microsoft Office product through Digital River and was completely unable to download the product and also incurred some damage to my computer as a result.
