I ordered high speed internet from AT&T Uverse at the end of November 2010 . I canceled the installation of AT&T internet 1 business day after setting it up. Within 2 days of cancellation, I received the hardware for installation- which cost over $100.00 and which I was told I would receive a $75.00 credit for.

On the 6th of March 2010 my fiancé’ and myself went to Guzzlers to enjoy the Stormers rugby match and some drinks. I went to Planet Wheels after seeing an advert of a vehicle that I was interested in with reasonable low odometer reading, on the internet. I traded my current vehicle in on their vehicle. I was told that the vehicle do ot have a service booklet. I then asked for the vehicles VIN number to try and track down the previous owner of the vehicle and get the sevice booklet. I rented a unit from Bregan Properties. When I moved out of that flat and into a new bigger flat in the same complex they kept my deposit of the previous flat. I asked them why they kept my deposit they said that it was to do the final inspection and to repaint the flat.
I went to my previous flat and asked the new tenant if I could have a look inside. I then discovered that it was exactly as I left it and it was not repainted.

I had a loan thru CIT Bank and in the last 2 years it was taken over by Vericrest Financial, Inc. When they took over I noticed that I would receive my bill and the due date for payment was only 5 days from when I received the bill. I complained to them and they said they were working on the problem and they would not charge me a late fee if I sent my bill within a few days after that due date. Later, when I started to open it I noticed the end had been taped shut with clear plastic tape. I didn't wory about the tape. Later when I tried to open a can the tab broke off.
