This past December, ordered a Swiss Legend-brand chronograph from online retailer, World of Watches. I received it and noticed it did NOT function as a typical chronograph/stop-watch does: push the "A" button to start and stop and the "B" button to re-set. Mark Couchman of the Lewes, Delaware area bills himself as a handyman. He installed a light fixture and did a good job. He was then commisioned to perform some other work. Three times he came and asked for 40 dollars advance. He failed to complete the work and never returned the money. In time I found out he was a drug addict. Actually, there was NO FRAUD nor problems with the transaction from DRIWww.element5.info. I was startled when I saw an unfamiliar name in my checking account and a large withdrawal. When I did a Google search of the company, DRIWww.element5.info, I realized that it was a purchase of software I had recentlymade from Wordfast, a vendor who used that company to handle purchases of software. Worst experience ever. Dean Henninger signed a contract to do a remodel for $204, 000 and 4 months. It took 18 months, cost over $400k and he stole $5, 000 from me by charging a personal truck repair on the credit card I set for the job. Loan Care Servicing Company is by far the worse service company that I have ever dealt with!!! My mortgage was taken by them for servicing in early 2010. I purchased two pair of eye glasses at Sears in Salina around Aug of 2010. I am now down in Mississippi and have discovered that a lens fell out of one of the pairs and I was not able to locate it. They had to send 2-3 phones before he got a good one, we had to stay on the phone on hold for about 1-2 hours everytime we called customer service to set up the phones! My 84 year old Mother signed a lease to stay in the Emeritus Clearwater Assisted Living facility. She paid an additional $5, 000.00 to lower her long term rent from $1, 500 / mo to $1, 000.00.
