Upon arriving to pick up my car that Cal-Alta was replacing the windshield on I noticed that there was damage to the rear bumper that was not there when I left it with them a few hours earlier. I have been totally frustrated in dealing with their customer services department for over a month now (cannot talk to anyone in authority). Went to EM's lube shop for oil change and was asked they could check my air filter. The technician wedged the air filter housing apart vertically snapping of the fastening tabs on the back of the housing-very large noise as the tabs broke that was loud enough for the other technicians in the shop to hear and all look over. I have a neighbor who has at least 2 dogs, these dogs are a continuous problem to neighbors because of Barking and howling. My landlord and there's has been told of this problem, this problem has also been mentioned to the dogs owners themselves. It seems however that the complaint is not being taken seriously and the barking and howling continues on a daily basis, the owners leave the dogs alone frequently and they bark and howl causing disturbance to neighboring households. Purchased a Canadian Tire YARDWORKS 24 V cordless lawn mower May 04 2007. Worked well last summer. Stored over the winter as per instructions on page five of owners manual ie. Store fully charged for not more than 6 months with the average temperature below 10 c. On Friday, I went into the Telus store to buy a cell phone to have a Pay As You Go service. They offered me a package that included the phone & a free $50 card of minutes. She told me the phone takes 10 minutes for them to activate it for me, but they would deduct $15 of the $50 free minutes to do this for me. Lison Malette brought a 94 plymouth acclaim in Beverly Tire to get the a/c fixed . A oil change was 28.95 before taxes, and Labour a/c evaluation was 59.95 before taxes. That was no problem.After the evaluation Scott told lison it would cost him 699.00 before taxes to fix the problem. Lison went and got another estimate at Hamilton Radiator. The charge came through on my credit card as coming from DRI reg.net MN. I contacted their customer service department at 1-800-999-2734, and learned that they're a 3rd-party billing company for Salesboom.com (and other software companies). I bought a Shark Euro Pro vacuum at Canadian Tire for 300 dollars. I have only had it for one year and have had many issues with it and called the store to see what to do.
