Hi, We had booked a 3 BHK flat in the project of Star Homes - STAR COUNTY - ALUVA, in October 2008. At that time the construction was in piling stage. We paid more than 50% of the cost till date, strictly to the payment scgedule, until the company asked us to hold the payment. I have purchase one mini CCR12 Smart phone 3 days back. When I started this phone inserting the sim card I found that there is only 2-3 % voice come from otherside. There is abnormal delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency (of atleast 30 days or more). When one follows up, they say that they did not receive the order at all. They don't give us bills even when we ask for it and charge us more than what is the bill rate. HI I had a very bad experience with one of the most pathetic clinic based in Mayur VIhar Phase 2 New delhi (MUSKAAN DENTAL CARE). The lady dentist is so inefficient that she put excessive medicine on my mouth which burnt the area badly and I suffered for the next 5 days.
