My allocated gas agency is RK Agencies at Saket, New Delhi.Their phone numbers are 011-26682967/26682121. They never pick the phone for taking refill booking. Each time, I have to go personally to their office to book the gas. Even in the office, their behavior is very rude as if by giving gas, they are obliging us. My computer is having windows 98 Pentium II and the software they gave require 2000 or xp P iv and my computer is not having that function. The service of this agency has been very very poor. last month it took full one month to deliver the cylinder and this time it took 20 days and that was only when I visited the Agency in person. My cooking gas connection is with Indane from past 8 years. From last one and half year it is with M/S K.K. Gas Agency, Bangalore. My consumer number is 61865. Everytime I book for refill it takes 10-15 days is providing the gas cylinder. On top of it the irony is agency says there has to be gap of 21 days from last delivery.
