I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. Even they are not ready to note down the complaint for the same. They all are getting training to make Fake Statement saying that "Our System do not showing any such transaction". GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. I am a customer of Indane Gas for last 5 years. I have booked for a refill of gas cylinder. Firstly the agent refused to take booking and told me that he will not take booking before 25 days of last delivery of refilled cylinder. I booked for refilling of cylinder after 25 days though there are no such restrictions by central government. As per this offer any person by paying Rs 550 as activation charges and Rs 399/- as monthly rent for 1st three consecutive months would get free to and fro air tickets. I am holding a SBI credit card for the past 10 months. I n the month of September I made a payment of Rs. 3000/- through cheque in SBI Tirupathi (0933). It was very much credited in SBI CARDS A/C in the same branch on 26-09-2006. I have purchased Hero Honda Achiever 150 Sports model bike from Hero Honda dealer Chandigarh "Charisma Goldwheels" and I am following Services of bike time to time. I am a consumer of Jyothi Gas, located at Wilson Garden near Lakkasandra,Bangalore. Whenever I go for for a LPG refill, I find that they've increased the price. I am having a connection with bsnl under excel anant scheme. I had to recharge my mobile account by 12th march 2007 to keep my connection/sim activated. During this period a special scheme was in effect, wherein i got grace period to recharge. I recharged during that grace period on 16th march 2007 and my sim was again became operative, but the company had removed my previous balance of rs.700/- plus. Even though it is nearing twelve days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. My settlement was done in july 2005, verbally by the credit card division executives. Immediately i paid 20% of the settled amount. But till today bank has not posted me my settlement letter. I recently purchased a Cad bury Chocolate from a local shop in Delhi, after opening the outer packaging of the chocolate i found that it was not fit for consumption. The inner packaging of the chocolate is still intact. The chocolate has 2 cubes missing, further more there are stains on the paper which is used to do the inner packaging. I think this is very bad on the part of Cad bury to allow such food products enter market, which are not fit for consumption and are a hazard to public health.
