Last year I bought a fully functional copy of System Mechanic Pro 8 from iolo llc. For the past two months I kept receiving notices from iolo saying that I should pay them so that I can update the program. I have received yesterday a Delivery Notification from FedEx Express Orbit Couriers at 11:20 am in the morning. Of course I wasn't at home because I am a working man till 14:00 pm in the evening . Person trying to sell a $2900 camera for $850. I was sent a phony email claiming to be from DHL but it was sent from a google account. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. My husband and I recently purchased the new Pilko P3 switch travel system (model has been out since April 2008) The main pushchair part had been in use only 3 months. As instructed in the manual, we removed the 2 screws which hold the lining in place in order to clean it. The girl was trying really hard to get people on her car and drive to this remote shabby family owned hotel. She never keeps her promise, and always trys to find extra charges from you. In my case, she charge me a room with one night, and then try to persuade me to pay another 5 euros for the breakfast. The worst thing is she refused to drive me back to the port after my staying. I purchased their software "Magic Flare" a software that lets you manipulate text for website building and the internet. I am supposed to have replacement downlaods since they do not supply ou with a disk of the software at purchase. I had to re-install my operating system so key software was lost. My complaint is that when you spend so much money on a product the guarantee should last more than one year I spent nearly 500 Euro's and after one year and 4 months my dvd does not work and I have to pay 200 Euro's to fix it, it is day light robbery and I don't think I will buy sony again either. Below are 2 emails sent firstly to AEG in Germany to which no reply was received, and then secondly the email to the AEG Head Office in Johannesburg, South Africa. I also faxed the correspondence to AEG South Africa to ensure that they received it. I have had no reply from either (Fax or email).
