Boss Building was the CONTRACTOR on a retail store. We were the SUBCONTRACTOR. We worked overtime, day & night to get this job completed for them. My wife and I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape for a safer vehicle to drive in winter for our newborn son. I asked about a product with their contact email. They have replied to my questions twice. I asked them to ship via fedex and they quoted 50$ for the shipping. And during the checkout page, there is no change of shipping carrier and they are charging 78$ for it.
