Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case. I purchased tickets online with LOCAL TICKET. I was charged $27.00 for tickets that cost $15.00. After calling the company I was talked to rudely and they then explained to me that they were a third party company. Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. I just learnt this is the number 1 scam organization in this field - after I received a funny scam winning letter, claiming that I won in the lottery so I need to send my documents to Thailand! He convinced me they offer job coaching, so on, so on - and took about $800 for their services.
