They were unable to let me download a book that I had ordered and charged to my credit card. I went into my account and changed the credit card and ordered another book and downloaded it successfully. They were unable to explain why it was happening and how to remedy the situation. Moved into an apartment temporarily. Using the oven for the 1st time, I was in the kitchen and noticed sparks. Quickly it escalated into a very bright white flame and a fire.
