I was hired by scott auto transport llc in waterford, ohio to transport 6 cars. they never paid me after i delivered the cars. they state they have a fleet of trucks, but they don't. they really only own a pick-up truck. they don't have a brokers license to broker freight yet, they still do. they claim to have $2.5 million of insurance coverage. On November 19, 2010 I took my car to Boaz Glass Company to get my windshield replaced. When I picked my car up after having the windshield replaced I noticed numerous gashes across my entire dashboard where the dash and windshield come together. I placed an order for 2 tee- shirts which arrived within only a couple of days; however, they arrived without tags and appearing to have been worn with considerable wrinkling and an odor of gasoline. The Whirlpool refrigerator that came with the purchase of our home was bought in October 2004 for $1189.00 We have replaced the starter relay 3 times and the capacitor once. I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. A young man came in and asked for the keys & went out & turned on car which raised antenna and turned on radio. He drove it in. The antenna broke. Ed Hernandez (Concrete Genie) is one person you DON'T need to meet in your life. He does a lousy and unfinished jobs. He gets lost the minute he's cashed your check. I have also found out he's done the same lousy and imperfect jobs for others and he's having a grade F (from A+ to F. F being the worst) in Better Business Bureau with at least two other complaints. Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. My Dodge Journey SXT was delivered on 31/12/2009 with snow tires which were supplied by dealer at my request. The OEM Khumo Solus all season tires were given to me at delivery date. Heating in my flat broke down on the 23rd of December and it has not been repaired yet. The flat is freezing cold and I have not got warm water. I reported it to the office and they sent an engineer, who was not able to repair it. I have called the helpline but two other workers could not fix the problem for me.
