Service is very weak in the charting service they provide. The daily reports are at best wishy-washy with a lot of "could go this way or that...then they they take credit for thier great predictions. They make no mention of their ongoing stock selections and how they fit into their daily discourse. My biggest complaint is that they offer NO trial period...like most every other type service which allows a least a short test period to see if they deliver. In fact most services will give you a pro-rated return at any point in a subscription...these guys give ZERO. They are very weak in analysis and of no real value. read full review »

I haven't shopped at a Best Buy store in almost three years. I stopped shopping at their stores when they lost a six week old laptop I took in for repairs under the purchased extended warranty. The lost laptop cost $1400.00. They would only replace it with a new laptop valued at $1000.00 because I had used the lost laptop for six weeks making it a used laptop. This company has very poor customer service Order Security paper in bundles of 250 (shrink wrapped). Recently opened two bundles and found the paper in the middle damaged. I called them and their response was that I was supposed to report it within (I think 15(?) or so, days of receipt). Now tell me when you order a whole box of paper would you sit and open all shrink wrapped bundles to see if all the paper is good? Took my car back for a body work job that was previously done by this company. My Vehicle started to rust on the very part that they had repaired about 2 years ealier. I was under their "Lifetime Warranty" the redone work is starting to rust again! Also the Company had given me a "free" loaner from Avis. Natuzzi sold me a leather sofa with a 10 year warranty on the frame. It broke once and was repaired. It has broken in the same spot and now the "warranty is voided" because I moved. Natuzzi does business in both states I have lived in. The sofa has not been abused, I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 10 pounds. I had agreed with a representative of SWEETHEAT to a reimbursement of $190.00 on February 18th for which I paid for an event I did not attend. This online company tried to cheat me by not giving a full refund when after three weeks they had not shipped my items. They called it a restocking fee. My Visa agreed with me and refunded the difference that they refused to refund. They were rude and horrible to deal with. I then checked them on BBB and they have an F rating. Ace Hardware stores charge higher prices for everything, so the customers don't shop there unless they have to. Therefore, Ace has come up with this Rebate scam to boost their sales. Once you buy a product, you are tempted to cut out the UPC label and mail it to get your juicy rebate back. Then when you try to return the product for any reason, they decline the refund because you have alread cut out the UPC label and now you are stuck with the purchase. DO NOT BUY WEEDEATER products. Weedeater brand is now oened by Husquarna. I bought a weedeater string trimmer from Walmart and it started having problems within only two months. It fuses the nylon line and gets stuck. In the past I have used Black & Dekker trimmers and they last over 3 years. I am writing this on July 28, 2010. It all started 3 years ago when we moved to Durango and bought our townhome. Bought carpet at Home Depot. Waited the 3 weeks for it to get here only to find out they forgot to place the order. 3 weeks later it finally comes, installers do a HORRIBLE job (i.e. ripples across the living room and the carpet doesn't even meet the walls on the stairs. This company sucks. They have a computer that calls you at all hours and even on Sunday with a message that you "need to call us IMMEDIATELY". You return the call only to find them closed. I was very disappointed in the denture and partial that Danny Croft made for me. They hurt my gums and the partial hurts my teeth. My dentist told me the partial should not hurt my teeth and that it was made wrong. I went back to Danny but he wouldn't do anything and I don't have enough money for the dentist to make me another. I was scammed by NJ / Apply Knowledge. Why I signed up is a mystery to me. I always tell telemarketers NO. I still am baffled after 18 months. I have complained and complained about dfferent things for the entire time. Someone needs to call 60 Minutes and get them to research and do a story.
