Hi have got my dream car last week. It was a happy exp. initially. Since the car was delivered in the evening all seemed to be fine. It an authorized service station at Shastri Nagar, Ghazibad. I gave my car there for accidental workand and thereafter service. We wanted to go to AC for long weekend. Called the 800# on our Total Rewards card. We were told that a room would be free for Sunday night, but for Saturday night the hotel was booked. I had purchased a bottle or Officers Choice Prestige Whiskey for M/s Schumania Wine Mart, Borivali Branch. He charged me Rs.225/- for it. When I asked for a bill I was in turn asked to produce a liquor permit, on telling the sales person that I did not have one he then said that he could not give me a bill. The products sold for Infant care - are so very expensive, that hospitals in tier II cities are not able to afford. Even when we afford by some funding. More than a half year ago I have ordered several books from the Book Depository. More than 80% of them never arrived. I have gone through great lengths with them to give the postage company more time, to complain with the postage company, etc. But in the end I demanded a refund. They promised to do so. The movie rental service was offered to me for free for the 1st month and I was given the option to discontinue the membership after the 1st month. After the 1st month ended, i had requested to cancel my membership. I was assured that my membership will be cancelled and my deposit of Rs 999/- will be returned within 3 weeks. Its been 2 months from now and I am yet to see my membership cancelled. The organisation is not ready to cancel my membership I dont know for what reason. The Castskill, NY Post Office has been informed on numberous occassions that the mail person is placing my mail in my neighbors mail box instead of mine. Each time they either acknowledge doing so and state that it won't happen again or they clearly deny it. I went to Sr Cram because she was highly recommended by Washingtonian magazine. Little was I prepared how she used me as a cash cow. She would not even answer my questions (one time she has her assistant tell me that she was too busy) and would never give clear answers to what procedures to follow and how much it cost.
