Bought two "Sterling" sofas from dfs which delived in Nov 09. In May, I noticed that the sofas were sitting on the floor which should not be, resulting damaged leather as well. Complainted to dfs and been told that the wooden frame would push down when people sitting on it. That is no good as sofa is for sitting and besides, we have hardly sitting on the sofa at all. My husband looked at a 2005 Elantra Hatchback on Wednesday July 14 and expressed interest in this car, and discovered a sound in the brakes he was concerned about. He wasn't able to get it inspected that day and so did it on the following date. He told the salesman he would buy the car if the brake issue was resolved. Went there to eat 7/15 about 7:30 pm, waited 10 minutes at counter. one woman waiting on her to go order finally asked worker to check on it, the girl grudgingly checked on it. Bought a filter grid system shown on their website for 502.00 I called and spoke to Nathan on May 24th to make sure the product was available and that it was the correct part, and then ordered from him. These guys put my 16 1/2 inch tires on 16 inch rims and never told me that it was a very dangerous thing to do. I did not find out what they did until the tires started to fail and blow out. I bought a bottle of Ocean Spray Cranberry juice to held aleviate a urinary tract infection. The bottle stated 100% Juice Cranberry. After consuming the product and getting little result, I studied the ingredients section on the bottle and discovered after water, the main ingredient was grapes! This company either seems to be out of business or they are just selling home warranties in a fraudulent way. Need service for a covered item and tried to e-mail their customer service firstly. My e-mail was returned; no such e-mail exists. Then tried to call their telephone nos. I believe that who ever is working there used my leather coat. I had some clothes of mine for consignment, said I would pick up what was not taken on consignment. I was a customer of "Onnik's" in July 2006, was pleased with his work and gave referrals to others but when a water pipe broke and damaged only some cabinetry, I saw a different side of him. We have a Sears Elite Dual fuel range. The bake element went out, so we ordered a new one, and a new oven floor, since it burned into that when it went out. We discovered we didn't know how to replace the floor, so we called for a technician. When all was said and done, we did without our oven for five weeks because of Sears having to rechedule because of over booking!!!
