I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010. The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas. The bus had many, many problems. Originally when we started service in 2003 the tank was filled from 0 to 80% capacity of a 120 gallon tank specifically a (420 vertical ASME” with 120 gallon capacity). I see all the Kaplan complaints, hopefully an attorney will see them as well and initiate a class action suit. I attended this "school' for about 30 days. I did an exit interview which they did not submit even though I called direct loan myself, they now sent me an app for an exit interview. I returned the books unused and never began any of these classes I know it is standard practice for them, but not for me. We used to love your Clover Valley Red Licorice. It sold for $1.00 and was about 12 ounces if I remember correctly. In the last few years, we have not been able to find it in any store in Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, or Georgia. On my June cking account statement, I noticed an unidentifiable/unauthorized charge of $11 posted on 5/27. I don't recognize this company, yet my credit union told me it was a point-of-sale transaction (i.e., we used a PIN to authorize the charge). I purchased a Dietcalc Nutricounter on EBay. I worked for a week and then, every time I opened the case, all information was deleted. I returned it and the something happened and I returned it. The same thing happened so I did not return it. It has a defect in that the wiring between the two sides if flawed and causes the Dietcalc to lose it the information. I purchased this product to replace a 16 year old unit. I upgraded to the 15 SEER unit to save on energy efficiency. Purchase/installation took place in Aug 2009. I had Masonite french doors installed three years ago. The seal around the doors and in the middle is just a bad design. The astricle that meets the doors in the middle allows rain, wind, and other elements inside. Every time it storms I have had water come in on my wood floors and cartpet. I purchased a new Bri-Mar EH 20 Equipment Hauler trailer that the paint is falling of off and the tires will not stay aired up. It has less than 300 miles on it. .
