Upon the return of your vacum I was charged 150.00 when I called to see why I was told that it took me too long to return the broken unit. It matters not how long it took to return the unit but I feel it was inappropriate for your company to charge after the fact. This is the second time I have tried to purchase livestock from OK Feeds and the second time I have had dead animals within 4 days. This time the entire crop was dead within 3 days. Lg has violated the terms of warranty for not having replaced/rectified the defective air intake(inlet grille).
