On 29 May 2010 I brought my freightliner century to Nampa Idaho freightliner to check what is wrong with my engine and why “check engine light” periodically on. The technician tell me EGR valve bad and this is the cause of it. He replaced EGR valve. And soon the engine start I told them nothing is changed. The engine makes same “bumming” noise and has exceeding vibration. The technician tells me they only fixed my CEL and first time hears about these things. I bought a model 919.167312 upright Air compressor around jan 2005. In a couple of weeks the bearing and fan went out. The plastic fan disintegrated. Because there is no Sears repair shop in Dubuque Iowa I decided it would be less hassle and quicker to just purchase the parts and fix the compressor myself . I fixed the compressor and only use it to pump the tires on my cars and motorcycles so I have few total hours on the compressor. Today the fan disintegrated again. {June 24, 2010} Queens Center Mall's H&M is ridiculous and very inappropriate with customer service. Very horrible horrible horrible customer service! While waiting in a very long line with only one cashier at the register, one black female spoke to the cashier who was also a black male. Hi i am a new client to johnson insurance and on this past friday our home filled with sewer back-up and then hours later we were flooded out. All the homes in the area that were affected are being covered under sewer back-up and my insurance company said i was as well. For some reason they have had a change of heart and now they are trying to not help us. Capitol One makes taking the Stonebridge Credit protection plan mandatory for a low rate. (It is in the fine print when you get 9% guaranteed for a year and they start deducting. If you call to complain after the first charge they tell you your rate is 31%. When you lose you job, they will not accept the forms from unemployment as proof of loss, they wanted a signed letter from the previous employer who had lefrrt the country. My business bank account was charged over night without my knowledge. I contacted my local Wells fargo bank but since they could not see who had done this, they gave me their legal dept. in MN. I spoke to a Megan, she told me it was from the IRS and all I needed was for them to fax over a copy of a release form and that I could have all the money back into my account within one day. We bought some very expensive tickets several months ago for an event, but a few days before the event, we found out we would be unable to go. We sent ALL the paperwork required including the tickets to this "MONDIAL" company where we purchased INSURANCE, and they denied the claim after they TOLD us what was required and we sent them everything that was needed, including a NOTORIZED letter, which THEY required! Don't get scammed!!! I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Belle Mer until I really looked at the numbers. When I met with the coordinator she made it seem like I would have this beautiful wedding with everything I would need flowers, cake, photographer etc. for an amazing price. That is a load of bull! I rented a movie from a Redbox kiosk located at a local King Soopers (Kroger) store and was appalled when I opened the case to discover extremely graphic and vulgar markings inside, likely from the last renter. Had my 13 YO daughter opened the case I would have been filing a lawsuit against both Redbox and Kroger. Unlike Netflix, Redbox has no means to prevent this and many other problems e.g. scratched or smudged DVDs (which happen often). I am going to personally pressure my local store to remove this kiosk. The complaint was regisred on 14th June 2010 and attended on the same day. The engineer informed that one of the module has to be replace. The machine is still under warranty and till date nobody has come to replace the module. The service centre personnel has no clue and just keep on reassuing that this will be solved in day. I filed claim service online with BPG website on 06/17/10 for service my water heater leak. Technician call me about 9:42am and said will be my house within 30 minutes. Three or four years ago, I purchased a calling card from Just Phone Cards which I use to make long-distance and international calls. Around Christmas, it stopped working. When I dial the access number, I simply get a busy signal. The card has more than $30 left on it, but I can no longer use it to make any calls. I would be interested in joining a class action suit against ADVANTA Small Business credit cards as they shut down all credit on all accounts and now want monthly payements with no credit extended. There has to be something illegal about this and they will not come to a settlement and balance pay-off. You can not reach anyone. We cancelled the card immediately, and located a toll free number to call: 800-469-9269. They could not locate our credit card number used with these charges...the perpetrator used the number to get the product, then erased the number. In 2007 we went on the vacation to Myrtle Beach, on the street we were stopped and offered to go lo listen 90 minutes presentation about time share for 100.00. 100.00 dollars check for more fun sounded good and we agreed. Checked my Centurylink bill today and there were 3rd party charges on it. USBI placed the charges, and the line items were universal service fund $2.13 and Mainstreet Platinum Pln $13.90. PLus tax, for a total of $17.39. I called the 1-888-479-8724 billing inquiry number, and I was told that the service was first billed in April, then in May. I tried the DiGiorno Stuffed Crust 5 Cheese pizza, with the cheddar flavour. Has anyone in this company even tried this pizza before shipping it out? The box cover shows a pizza stuffed with a white cheese in the crust. The actuality is it's stuffed with this horrible cheddar that melts to the bottom of the cavity in the crust, making it a "Hollow Crust" pizza instead of a "Stuffed Crust" as the box says. Jiffy Lube charges 5000x more than any other company to do an oil change. I paid $150 for an oil change, only to find that other Atlanta service companies will give you an oil change plus tire rotation for $25!!! Also, they rammed too much oil into my car and I had to GO BACK to JiffyLube to have them drain out some oil. Of course they did not offer me any refund for the oil they rammed in that was unneeded. TopNotch Homes builder in Mass/NH is the absolute epitome of incompetence. After moving in my new home I found water coming in the basement between the top of the foundation and the wall. After removing the siding and disassembling the deck I saw the Moisture wrap (aka Flash Wrap) was nailed to the wall and the adhesive backing was never removed! The Fremont Theater, the Mission Cinemas and Downtown Centre 7 Cinema in San Luis Obispo is now $11.50, that's right a $11.50 per ticket, not exceptions. That's what they charge.
