I went in for some ribs and they were the worst things. They were black(burnt) and I took them back and they said that is the way they come. Your picture advertising ribs does not show black ones. The management said that the apartments were upgraded, when moved we found that the flooring was uneven. The whole apartment was infested with roaches, they kept on sending pest control but still we face the problem.The pest problem is a big one. It is seen in other apartments too. I reanted a house from Mrs.Rose Villaneva and she scamed me by taking 1600 dollars for a cleaning deposit but she never cleaned the house. Nor did she fix anything, the down stair beth room had a huge hole ajsent to the toilet and the up stairs bathroom in the master bebroom had a leak from the toilet. I ordered a trial offer, supposedly for the cost of shipping and handling, only to find that I ended up being signed up for monthly charges of $87.00 and change. I called and told them I never agreed to this and was told "you should read the small print" and they refused to refund the money to my account. I don't recall reading anything saying I would be on the monthly shipping and charge account. If I had known that was the case I would not have even bothered to order a trial. On 6/10/10, The manager Robert (refused to give last name) and his associate Neria refused to accept and ship a UPS package with pre-printed label because "We don't make any money off pre-printed UPS labels." I get hit with a charge from some company using the name Garazh Dneprov NAB Kiyev for 137.81 + 4.13 international Trans Fee and no phone number listed on my bank statement like there was with blazing words. I order one of Juniors "Sugar Free Sampler" Cheesecakes for my diabetic father. A few days later, when I talked with him, I asked him what he thought of the different flavors of cake. He told me there was only one flavor. He also mentioned that, when he ate it, it raised his blood sugar so high that he had to go to the doctor. I was in Hilton Head last February and exchanged by Coral Reef timeshare for a membership in Resorts Anytime. I paid $4089 and Resort Anytime bought by timeshare for $3030 so my net cost would have been just over $1000. The $3030 cheque was supposed to be mailed to me within 60 days. Contacted customer service rep for online access when I was out of town, was given wrong address, previously before this I had made an online payment (after having to change my password from lack of being able to gain access to online account) made payment, and had a $35.00 late charge added to my account because I did not receive a return email from them saying I had made payment. I took my dog into this clinic because she was bleeding when she urinated. The vet couldn't tell me the cost to do tests to find out what was wrong. Dr. Mills left the room, then sent another person in and told me it would cost $412 to run the tests necessary to diagnose problem. I left very angry and went to another vet office and my dog was treated like a princess and she had a severe UTI (which any woman could have diagnosed also because she had the same symptoms I have when I get one). I have had nothing but trouble with my 2+ year laptop from Dell. My hard drive just crashed for the second time, not from any virus, but physically broke. have had to replace the keyboard twice, due to keys stopping working.
