I file bankrutcy for my car because they are trying to take it. I have paid my mortgage from the time you and i did the mortification. an error have occured in the payments. when i went to court today. I was told that my mortgage is 1800. 00 behind please send me a report where these figure come from . ihave all my paper work in place I have not mail no payments. all payment were sent western union. I brought my 1986 Chevrolet Corvette to Pepboys to get a State Inspection. This was on 5-22-2010. In the end result there was a list of repairs a mile long. I ended up taking the car to another shop and it only needed three out of the six items that Pepboys said it needed. And to boot they do'nt even carry 255/50ZR16 tires. Tires were one of the six items they said it needed.The reason why the brake light was on was because Pepboys put it on. It was not on before I drove it in the lot. Other day I went to Video Ezy Manukau, Auckland to grab some movies. It was my first visit to the store as I generally borrowed movies from a local store. I got myself a membership and the guy in store told me that the movies need to be returned on time. That's all he said. I rent an apartment at this complex which is mostly a Cooperative and also rents to 15 section 8 tenants. From day one I have had nothing but frustration and stress dealing with this placel. I had to deal with excessive noise, trash, broken appliances, rodents, crime and harassment and incompetent management. My heating system was broken twice and totally in efficient in the first apartment. I was also constantly harassed by a guy and then assaulted on the property. I signed up with Real Estate Express to get my Florida Real Estate License (63 hour Pre-Licensing Course). I should of signed up with a local RE school, but was trying to be "cost effective" and signed up for their online course. While taking their practice quiz on the second module I continued to receive the same failing grade for the quiz. After a free trial have taken payment and sent out product which I do not want, When I phoned customer service they said I agreed to it when I took the free trial and it was in the terms and conditions, I did not see this written in the terms because I wouldn't have ordered them. Service and customer service(Anthony) was too good to be true. Anthony gave quotes that did not match at the time of moving. Very bad customer service. Wife had a conversation w/ Anthony. Anthony being very rude over the phone to her about charges for shrink wrap. That ws not mentioned with the quote. He mentioned if you dont need shrink wrap why dont you just sell your couches if there not worth it. Too me thats not a way to treat customer. If after reading about Dr. Mark Brannon in the public information which is available, the only conclusion to come to is STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE BUTCHER! This 1 year old company has no experience in the feild of customer service and customer satisfaction. They were late with all their deadlines, overpriced, and everytime I tried to get ahold of someone there was no answer. Very unprofeessional and seem like a telemarketing scam. I wouldn't waste my time on these guys if you want something done right go to someone with a proven track record. Once finished I paid him with a personal check the amount of $ 200.00 He told me that the same check will be my warranty honored for one year. Monthly I pay this bill and monthly they add a late charge of over 10 dollars. When I pay on the phone I ask is this the total and no more charges correct. They say correct and I get yet another bill for over $10 without explanation. Before I can pay it I have a new bill for $36.86! I cannot catch up. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer but no luck. I don't have time for this. It is costing me work time and the charges are false! TEM Concepts is an awful company to work for. They sell DirecTV at Best Buy and Sam's Club among other places occasionally. They have you drive to their office every morning before he ships you off all over the place, sometimes as far as 45 miles away, all without reimbursement. These meetings consist of the owner coming in and telling you your not doing well enough before he goes and plays golf. I bought a mobile broadband modem for my laptop and easily activated it. The coverage map showed my area to have excellent coverage. In reality the whole area had poor to no coverage. I've been waiting 3 months for a $175 reimbursement. Dana continues to say they sent check, checking on check with bank, check cashed, etc. none of this is helpful. I had a broken microwave which took over a week to find a local provider. he arrived, took 3 days to repair, and then i was told to write him a check and they would reimburse me. I strongly suggest if you have a service tech do a repair, DO NOT write them a check. you will not be reimbursed. luckily i only had this service for 6 months, so i learned fairly early. ]This has been a terrible experience, anyone interested in a class action suit! read full review »

I thought I was getting a deal on a student edition of of Adobes CS5 Master collection. At the time I placed the order (April 27th 2010) the product was slated as having a release date of May 25th 2010 and with 2 day UPS it would have arrived today. Two years ago my dad had Direct TV and then got a sales pitch for Verizon's Triple Plan which included VIOS TV. The installer removed the Direct TV equipment and must not have made it clear that dad had to cancel the service. His Verizon bill had always include D-TV and was higher now but he never understood the bill and that he was paying for two TV providers. Onlinelogo.com advertises a 2 day turnaround right on their website. We needed a logo for a new website and contracted them to do it. Even though they are local for us, everything is done via the web and email. Obviously, you have to pre-pay for the service. After 1 week, we still had not received our logo design and we needed it ASAP to launch our new site. A few days after sending an email, I finally received some proofs via email.
