I had a charge on my visa account which was fraud as my purse had been stolen with all my personal indentification and my visa card and I had to have my credit card cancelled and replaced but before I did whoever stole my purse put a charge for the above company on my visa and I am having it investigaged by my CIBC Credit Card Services. As of yet the company is denying any connection. I did not place the charge on the visa card I was forced to cancel but some other person did. I bought a new Legacy 32 X 60 double wide in late 2008 to replace the one destroyed by hurricane Ike. Big mistake. Within a few months I began discovering structural problems. I have been a WildBlue internet customer for almost 2 years. I have never received the minimum download speed that I signed up for. Tropicana have been changing the net fluid content of their OJ's without a clear visual note to the consumer...they have done it with the 128oz going to 96oz and now the 64oz going to 59oz... Total and complete disregard for the contract to sub-lease vehicles (as well as boats and air craft) so that the payments could be made by a new, short term user. I took a room in the PG, Sri Sai PG Accomodation, AECS Layout, Kundanahalli, Bangalore.While joining they took one month advance which was Rs 4000 and Rs 500 as maintainence charges (non refundable amount). After one year when i vacated the room and asked for the advance they paid me 3000 and told me that i havent paid the maintainence charges before and hence deducting from the advance. I joined the PG on 5/6/2009 and vacated the room on 3/6/2010. For the three days they charged another 500 and deducted that amount too from the advance. I recieved this trial and canceled within the 14 day period (I actually canceled witin 5 days). I called the customer service center and recieved a cancelation confirmation number. Two months have passed since then. Two days ago I got another two bottles of their product in the mail with only a return address on the box and no company name.
