Bought this all in one printer that never has scanned, only copies and prints when it wants to, and as of recently will refuse to print/ copy in color. Last year I wrote a school assignment on it in may and it did not print, so I unhooked it for about a month and used it only for copies every now and then. I faye rogers ordered a bottle of acai berry and colon cleanse but i only received the colon cleanse.I emailed them but i didn;t get a reply back.They were only suppose to charge me 3.95 on both for shipping but they charged me 59.95 on may 4. 2010.I then called and they said they would not take out any money from the Ibank because i didn;t get both products. My daughter and I both received phone calls from someone stating to be Alex Davenport with American Legal Division. When they contacted my daughter they told her that we were both going to jail for fraud! The service from QS has been nothing short of disgraceful. They left out two toilet cisterns on our order and refused to pay for their shipment out to Greece (it was made clear to them at the time of ordering that the goods were to be shipped onto Greece). While REI shipped in a timely manner, for some unknown and irrational reason, they instructed UPS to only deliver it in person to me.
