So I recived a letter in the mail today telling me that I had a warrent issused for my arrest for not complying with court orders. Called Liberty to discuss with them, for some reason when I went to court and met with their lawyer they did not scan my interogitories into their system!!! We tried to buy tickets for La Scala through Divento. They indicated on their website that they were actually providing tickets prior to being able to buy them through La Scala. This is not the case. Moreover, they refused to confirm that they would actually have tickets. Their policy states they will not charge your credit card until they have the tickets. I got screwed over by Asheville Savings Bank last year. Don't believe their slogan- Where Every Customer Counts! It's a total lie! I am putting this information on here for anyone thinking of purchasing a timeshare in Branson, Missouri. I went thru the usual come stay and tour with them in July of 2003. I did purchase a one bedroom timeshare for $8750.00, deposit of $875.00 dollars that day of July 19th 2003. I made a confirmed reservation through the internet with HRS at the Fraser Suites Seef on the 8th of march. When I arrived this afternoon i have been told by hotel manager that my booking was never sent to the hotel by the reservation company. I'm laughing at the coincidental complaints of these tires compared to what I just went thru. I bought the buy 3 get 1 free deal in May 2008. In August 2009 I began having problems, I regularly had the tires rotated. The first tire after only 20K cracked or split and I had to have it replaced/prorated!!
