I bought my daughter a set of 2 woven sythetic leather belts made by Faded Glory, at Wal- Mart today. When I got them home I noticed the labels ( 3 of them) . When I wanted to get out of my membership, I was told specifically that I could pay on a monthly cycle and cancel at any time. I asked specifically if I could do this, at which time I was given something to sign and rushed through the process in order to get the "pay as you go" rate. When I called to try to cancel my membership, I was told that I had signed a one year contract and I would continue to be billed on the monthly cycle. I bought an ipod speaker system thru cowboom, dealtree/bestbuy subsidiary. Paid $18 for shipping cost. They shipped the speaker thru UPS ground and took 5 days. I received my AT&T phone bill and noticed an $8.23 charge on my bill. This is the second time it has appeared and the fee was removed both times. For future references, AT&T offers a "third party" block for internet services. What this service does is insure that the internet customer AND an AT&T representative are on the phone at the same time to verify the subscription FREE OF CHARGE. I am waiting on a 1099 form that shows how much interest I have paid in the past year on my defaulted student loan. I have called twice, once at 8:30a.m. and again today at 1:00p.m and got a recording that states the office hours and then says that the office is closed. I need this form to file my income tax of which they get as a federal tax return offset. Product looks nothing like what is advertised on site. Images are misleading. Even after speaking to customer service twice before placing order, no one mentioned major discrepancies. Worst customer service ever, I have never been treated so badly, their after sales service is appalling. Summary: Nikon D700 £1600 bought on 10 Oct 2009, arrived next day. The camera became faulty on 10 Dec 2009, sent it back Royal Mail on 15 Dec. 16th Dec Camera not received, waited 10 days, still no camera, put in a claim to RM. This company is a scam. They have no customer service. They claim to make you wait over 30 minutes or more for any calls to check on orders. But, never answer their phones. You cannot contact them if you have problems with their charges or lack of fulfillment. We placed an order back in November 2009 and never received the product even though we were charged and paid.
