This website is terrible, make it easy on yourself and don’t deal with them. My order was placed on the 27th of December. My card was charged the next day so I assumed my package had shipped. PayChex, like ADP, is a very bad company. This company has disregard for their clients and for the law. They do not care that the W2s are not sent by the deadline and they double dip into your payroll account. If they ever need to re-fund your account, they say they will do it right them. I have called and called and called all the only parts stores within 75 miles and get no answer. after 20 + rings you just get diconnected. How can you service people with such losy service. I purchased a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner in 1996 with the promise of a free Lifetime Warranty. This is not true, there is no free lifetime warranty. You must pay for it. If your dealer goes out of business so does your Lifetime Warranty even if you have been paying for it. I received a parking ticket form the corrupt Los Angeles County Parking Bureau and asked for an admistrative review and lost and then I asked for an administrative hearing and lost. So I appealed the decision and went to court and the judge found in my favor. The administrative hearing officers name was George Harris he was a moron and incompetent. Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home. I Placed an order for the free trail offer for Acai Pure and I’m like many others who are in a battle with the company for refund. The following month after the trail offer, I got another bottle of monthly supply which I have never ordered for $64.90. I agree with the previous complainer. My wife didn't find out about this til she was balancing her account. My concern is that they will change the terms and conditions to try to charge us again. This company sells fake UGGS. I read on this website where others have had the same fate, and when you want to get a return address they give you this long reason why you shouldn't and that it would be more expensive to send them back due to "heavily snows" whatever that means and a bunch of other reaosns why and yet I can't get an address or phone number to send the fake UGGS back. I received 2 phone calls from them today. I have every phone number put on the Do Not Call Registry List. When I received the calls on my cell phone while I was at work, the man I was speaking to could barely speak any English. I didn't get to speak with anyone during the first phone call. I have tried calling to cancel my membership and was told to go to their website since they were revising their phone system. After going to the website there isn't a customer service link on the website just complaints. I was very surprised when my 7 year old daughter called and said there is glass in her noodles. She was almost done with her soup when she saw it. I am very worried because I do not know if she had swallowed any. I tried to find a number of contact but there was none.
