Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long! I had a horrible experience buying from aquariumsdirect, a netshops company. first of all, they are not "direct" -- they get stuff from a "supplier". They claimed my item was "in stock" but it was not actually in stock. They didn't correct the website but kept giving me bogus delivery dates that came and went. I have had the misfortune of having spent over a $1000 on reapirs that would have not been required had Mr Cunane diagnosed the problem with my heating system properly. Ordered series set on DVD to be delivered to my father. Set was sent from China addressed to his street and my city. DVD's were low quality, obviously recorded off of the television (some of the shows even had the Sci-Fi Channel logo on them!). I'm driving on Highway 78 in Marshall County, MS and I drive up on a State Trooper who is holding back traffic for no apparent reason so I ride behind for about 10-minutes. We are initially driving 68mph, then we slow to 62mph, then back up to 65mph back to 62 up to 68 and so on, when I get the chance I speed up to 70 and start to pass.
