I got this hair styler as a gift for christmas. I liked it so much and I used it the next weekend to do my hair, and it worked perfectly. Then I used it two more times on the next weekends and it worked right, but last weekend when I plugged it, it didn't turn on; like dead, I tried on four different outlets but got no response and it's until like that, dead. There is no signs of heat. As I don't have the receipt because I got it as a gift, well the store doesn't want to change it for another one. How can i do to return this one and get a new one? We were sold a Ramsond generator when it came the battery was dead. We were told it would run well in the bay of our bus by the customer service at Ramsomd as long as it was vented. It was vented but it burnt up after only 4hrs of running. We called and ask for a part and they told us it would cost us. This company's primary goal is to do anything in order to deny your warranty claim. My 2-year-old Whirlpool front loading washer began to leak softener and laundry detergent out the front. I ordered this product on line as a free trial. I only paid shipping and handling. Nowhere on the web site did it say anything about being put on a mailing list or a cancelation date. My account was charged $79.95 because I did not cancel within 14 days. When the product came it the papers that came with it made no mention of a mailing or cancelation. To everyone out there read everything before you purchase anything on the net. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I asked them also to fix the windshield, a wheel Bering and paint the entire car and clear coat it. They quoted me a price of 1800 dollars. After they told me the car was ready. I purchased my Home from Terrazaz Enterprises and paid in Full 3/2006 The floors I paid extra for a bubbling and seperating. He used cheap laminate flooring I paid for wood. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter. The builder has not paid him and the septic system has not been permitted and Roto Rooter has placed on Lein on my home and will not service the system until he is paid in full. I took my car there for a warranty repair, they told me no problem, they could fix the car under my extended warranty. 3 weeks later my car was not fixed and they were trying to charge me $4750.00 for a transmission rebuild!!
