I just bought something online and the company I bought the items from chose to ship the items by UPS BASIC. I tried to track my package online but there was no delivery date listed. We have been trying to get At&t u-verse installed in my home since last year. We have made numerous appointments and to this day no one has come out. Some of the appointments have been 10/14, 20, 21, 26, 2009 and 11/5/09, 12/28/09 and 1/13/10 to name a few. Hi, this company - Express Document Ltd. prepared all my documents for applying a job abroad at very low tax. For the same thing one other European company asked me to pay 700 pounds. We had granite counter tops installed by Pietra Naturale, Inc. of Centerville, Ohio. The installation was very quick and the finished product shows it. Stove cutout is oversized and is visible. Piece behind the stove is uneven and is probably glued to the stove! The seaming is much poorer than I would have expected. Overall the quality of the fabrication and installation leaves plenty to be desired and is not on par with the cost. Lesson to any perspective granite customers: Do your homework.
