I can't believe that at my age of 87 I was so confident I could order this trial of 14 days for teeth whitening and not get into trouble. Well, I had a stroke and ended up in the hospital, way past the 14 day cutoff and by the time I returned home, had $124. of unwanted and unopened product charged to me. I switched my internet services from cable to AT&T DSL. When the modem arrived I call Customer Service to inform them I have 2 computers and needeed internet service to the second computer. They suggested I get a wirelss modem adapter since the AT&T modem was wireless as well. The shipped me an adapter via 2 day shipping. I had a water leak and questioned them leaving water under my house but the contractor said he was not certified to extract the water and HBPC ignored me on my concern about the water as if I should just be grateful they got someone out on the weekend to take care of it. It was an online purchase. I was charged for $77.24 through PayPal in Nov 12, 2009. They didn't send me anything for over a month, and the order was CANCELLED in Dec 5, 2009, (confirmed by email), never got my money back. No one answers any phone call. Ray Wright owner of Wright Sign Service has intentionally destroyed all of our graphics, artwork etc... that we bought and paid for through his business. Just recently we decided to do business elsewhere and requested in writing that all of our items be transferred to another sign shop. I received a bachelor's degree from KWU and continued my master's under WNU under the assumption that the university would be fully accredited and the degrees would be worth the price paid. While I worked very hard to complete all the necessary requirements (which I now realize were probably even more stringent than normal because they were under the accreditation guns!) my degrees are now not work the paper on which they are printed. I wanted a box set of Boston Legal. The price on Amazon was over $100 so the price at DVD Collects ($50 plus $20 shipping) was attractive. Tried to order Zumba Fitness by phone. After they take your information for the order the automated system tells you about some vitimans that are $24.95 and $4.95 for shipping and the machine says say yes or press 1 to order... There is no way to say NO so they start charging your card for these every month... I had to cancel my card and file a claim with my credit card company. Love Zumba but this is a RIP OFF BIG TIME! I received a letter from them and when I called them to ask what this billwas in referrence to because I have no outsanding bills or debts, they informed me that I owed them 730.93 for a bill that was from 1991... really 19 years old and untill today I have never been notified. I'm not sure if the original website said that this was a reoccuring charge or not, but like others not sure if I ever rec'd my free trial. I never saw anything that said if you no longer wanted the product that you had to call for a return slip to send a package back. The box says return gaurenteed. I cx which they did not do and I returned 3 seperate packages and rec'd no credits and was told I would not rec. any because I didn't ask for the slip to be mailed to me first. We ordered two Texans Video Chairs for Christmas presents. We received the chairs in August, but put them up until Christmas. Big Mistake!! When we opened the box we found that the chairs are of very poor quality. After two weeks of use the buttons are falling off and the seams are coming apart on both of them. How is it possible that i could be charged ZAR 3.00 for call duration of 17 seconds. Before making the call to my friend, i checked my airtime balance. It was R35.77. I too, have a barely two year old Kenmore "Elite" Trio French doors refrigerator. Last night, I noted an electrical burning smell near the refrigerator. I opened the doors to find the lights were out. The smell was incredibly strong. At first I thought it was just that both bulbs had burned out, but then when I reached up to remove the housing, I nearing burned my fingers. I could not believe how hot it was! Starting with a $1 movie rental and a cup of coffee plus two days of forgeting how unethical some people are, Wells fargo managed to charge me 24, $35 dollar fees plus multiple $5 dollar fees=$865.00. I ordered the products just to try and went to cancel well within my trial period only to discover they had already charged me. . NO contact information was sent with the product and I never received an email with ANY contact information. I had to track down contact on my own (thanks Vmad). Then when I contacted, they willingly took back the unopened product and charged me a 15% restocking fee...What a joke. I bought a GE washer from my local sears and was told when I bought the warranty that if they come out and have to fix the machine, I would get a new one. 19 months and 5 service calls later, they tell me the repair man has to replace parts on each call out. It never was, even though no more credit cards were ever again processed. They in turn entered a collection against me for $418.00 in January 2009 and never told me that they intended to do so.
