I received a nightshirt for christmas from someone in another province. It was too big and I did not have a receipt. When I went to do an exchange there was not another nightshirt like it. I just paid $1, 100 for a bulk mail delivery of a menu for a take- out business in philadelphia. This bulk mail was dropped off on Monday December 28, 2009. It is now January 5, 2010 and it has s yet to be delivered.. I called the local post office who would handle this zip code and all they tell me is, its sitting on the carriers desk. Alaska Airlines is price gauging their Alaska markets. Fares on flights in and out of Alaska continue to rise in-proportionately to fares in the lower 48. One might say that because they basically have a captive market in Alaska with very little competition, these higher fares might be based on supply and demand. Called Fagnelli Plumbing to my house a couple weeks before Christmas. I had a few jobs (2 leaky faucets, toilet runs occasionally) that I wanted to have fixed before our holiday company came to town. Purchsed battery from Kmart. Battery failed after I had battery 10 months. Got caught in emergency situation where I had to purchase battery from store other than Kmart. Returned bad battery to Kmart. The Kmart that I returned battery prorated battery, which is understandable. The problem is that they would not pay for core charge paid for new battery, or give me a old battery to return to place of purchase of new battery. As an RCI member I'm supposed to be able to bank weeks I won't use that year. I own a timeshare in Branson. (Stonebridge Village) I have had trouble in previous years due to my week being the 3rd one in Jan. The membership fee must be pd. which is due Jan. 1st. I was told when I called it was too early. I was told that it was a misprint which is hard to believe when it was in the weekly flyer and on the internet during the whole week.
