Did a contract with Payment Alliance to accept credit cards 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems with customer service from the beginning. They will hang up on you if they don't feel like helping. if you try to change anything on your account(address, ect.) it takes multiple calls(and weeks) to get it done properly. Did not get our room cleaned until 5pm. after we asked. Manager was very rude, told us it was "our fault" because we hung a do not disturb sign up. WE DID NOT. When I called TripRes to make reservations they stated cancellations prior to 14 days would be $50, but when I called to cancel they stated it would be $50 dollars per person per room, I had 2 rooms with 2 persons each room . They stated that they reviewed the call and that I had a greed about the cancellation fees . The experience we had at this restaurant over the weekend was the worst we have ever experienced. We were accused of lying about saying they hadn't put sour cream on our item that was ordered. Then when they realized they were wrong they said that it was our fault that we had never ordered it in the first place, which we had. I called the number listed on my bank statement and it didn't work so I got on this complaint website found an individual with the same problem used the # she supplied and got ahold of this company. Ordered parts for my car Sept. 22nd. Received a few emails saying the part is on back order due to supply shortage from EIBACH.
