Purchased a fathers day gift on 6/12/07 via ebay. The product wasn't shipped until 6/20/07 and was shipped to the incorrect address. Customer service does not answer emails and claims they can only take instruction from paypal (a 3rd party) and cannot correct an order when informed by the customer and will not contact Paypal regarding an incorrect order. I have a bank of America credit card with credit available. I am continuously receiving checks from them in the mail which can be used to pay any bill, or use for cash which are then "charged" to your credit card account. I decided to use one and I wrote one to myself for $500 and deposited it to my personal checking account. I keep getting a collection notice from this group for a 2-year renewal subscription to Reader's Digest. I have subscribed to RD for over 30 years and have NEVER dealt with anyone except Reader's Digest for my renewals. Over the past year I have been struggling with the water district in Rowlett, Texas regarding a property located at 209 Point Royal. I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!!
