Stay away from this credit card company!!! They are full of money making schemes. This company has raised interest rates on both of my cards for no apparent reason, I always make my payments on time, and always pay more than the minimum. The raised the rate on one of my cards to 29.99% because they couldn't track down an electronic payment that I had made, I even gave them the confirmation number, but still they argued that I never made a payment. I have been a customer of Bank of the West located at 2127 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612, since 2004. The account was on my name but never experienced any problem depositing or cashing any check, including checks payable to me and my husband, such as tax refund checks. I work for a small company and we performed some work for this dead-beat customer. In November of 2006, these people owed us $15,000.00. After numerous calls to them, we were promised day after day that our balance would get paid. I had a bad experience trying to bake a potato using the 1.6-cubic foot, NN-SN756B panasonic microwave. The surface of the potato was lightly perforated with a fork and placed on the microwave tray (what i mean to say is that I adhered by all the rules to bake a potato in a microwave). Time of India has been publishing in Times Property home loan interest rates low, where as ICICI bank has been charging more. ICICI Bank has changing home loan interests to floating 12.75% and fixed 14.75 since April 07. But the time of India has publishing floating 11% and fixed 13% (till june 07). We have been using Bata products for the past 15 years and we never found any problem. I would like to share my unpleasant experience I had today in Target at Appalachee Pkway! I was shopping on the clearance rack today in the boys section. On Sunday June 9,2007 I went shopping at Walmart. At the register I gave a blank check with my signature to pay my bill. The clerk gave my check which was blank and a receipt for my purchase. I am very upset about the bus service. I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. Amana gas range, Model No. ACF 3325AW, worked well until-- 5 years after purchase--we tried the self-cleaning feature... disaster. Since I was in Florida I didn't think it would be a problem getting my mail forwarded. They sent the bill to my physical address and the post office sent it back. I recently ordered a book from the John Lyons Library. They immediately started sending more books when nowhere was this mentioned at the time of ordering the first book. After buying three books, I started returning them to sender unopened via USPS. I have now received threats to be turned over to a collection agency for a product that I returned. Don' t use Budget Van Lines. They are a broker even though they have they use "Van Lines" in their name. They broker you to another company who picks up your things.
