I bought Motorola handset L6i on 06-May-2007. In less than a month's time I have started facing problems with this handset. The key pad suddenly stops functioning - I can see the calls coming but pressing keys (either Answer/Ignore) does not work. Not able to make any calls. After several attempts to take the battery and SIM card out and again putting them back, it works some time while at other times it does not work. I bought airtel friendz prepaid connection on 27 april this year. Within 3 days, i dispatched all the necessary documents to the airtel people. Now after 2 months, they suddenly cut my services. The problem is with the car that I have purchased from TRUE Value of RANA Motors, New Delhi. The car which I have purchased has got all the mechanical problems that a car can have. I have paid 2,81,000 Rs. for a 2000 Baleno VX. Which is at least 1 lac Rs higher than the market price. I own a 1993 Mercury Villager. The title says it is a station wagon. When I give the number on the dash to the insurance co. (4 different ins. co.) it number indicates it is a van and I have to pay van insurance cost. I am paying $60 a month for a 14 yr old station wagon. I am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS from mobile number 9897878867. I called up the customer care centre of AirTel for lodging the complaint. The company customer executive refused to entertain the complaint and expressed his inability to help me on the subject. He was insistent upon that I should lodge an F.I.R with police and when police writes to them, then only they will initiate any action. I bank at the mandevville branch of Am South and while I was out of town I used my debit card. When I returned I checked to see if all my bills were taken care of so I could withdraw my money without any over draft fees. I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. I brought my car in for major service. Told service rep. Not to rotate tires. Newer brand in front. Wrote on service order. When i got car home, noticed one side had been rotated. Mechanic checked off on checklist that he did not rotate tires. Mechanic is a liar. I don't know if he performed any inspections that he checked off as being ok. He also scratched one of the alloy wheels. Service manager denies this. Also, a couple of years ago, i bought a used car here. It turned out to be a piece of junk. Had to sell for a loss.
