After paying for Hughes slowband for almost 2 years i was hit for the first time by FAP. (3 times so far downloading census records, I am a genealogist). The new policy is 200 mb in 24 hrs download limit you will be hit with download speed slower than dialup for 24 HOURS. Mine tested on Hughes was 9 and 10 kbps I have now got together with my neighbors and requested Brighthouse to extend their services to our area. I have Forwarded request to stop my airtel postpaid connection on 8th march through 121 (customer care number), after that I have called on 121 so many times, then on 14th March, my phone gots disconnected, But still then I got 3 bills after 14th march for the same connection as I haven't used the same connection, I have visited Airtel Relationship Center so many times too, but didn't get the proper reply. I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. I am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS from mobile number 9897878867. I called up the customer care centre of AirTel for lodging the complaint. The company customer executive refused to entertain the complaint and expressed his inability to help me on the subject. He was insistent upon that I should lodge an F.I.R with police and when police writes to them, then only they will initiate any action. My 2-year-old refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. We have an extended warranty on it. We called the company. They said to call back on Monday. I bank at the mandevville branch of Am South and while I was out of town I used my debit card. Cingular wireless keeps charging me for something from "m-qube" on my phone bill. Last month the local office in jefferson city, mo. Gave me credit for several months worth of charges. Dell Financial Services (DFS) repeatedly and falsely accused me of failing to return a leased printer at the end of a business lease. Staples in Canada, Kingston ON to be exact. The extended warrantees at Staples are worthless. I purchased an Acer laptop there about a year and a half ago (buying an Acer was my first mistake). I brought my car in for major service. Told service rep. Not to rotate tires. Newer brand in front. Wrote on service order. When i got car home, noticed one side had been rotated. Mechanic checked off on checklist that he did not rotate tires. Mechanic is a liar. I don't know if he performed any inspections that he checked off as being ok. On Jan. 12, 07, I ordered their “PC-cillin Internet Security 14 Antivirus Software” from this company on-line. It was a 3 year service contract for $99.00. My credit card was charged this amount the next day. After repeated failed attempts to install this product on my computer I decide I no longer needed/wanted this software and asked for a full refund.
