On Jan. 12, 07, I ordered their “PC-cillin Internet Security 14 Antivirus Software” from this company on-line. It was a 3 year service contract for $99.00. My credit card was charged this amount the next day. After repeated failed attempts to install this product on my computer I decide I no longer needed/wanted this software and asked for a full refund. Since that time I have been given the worst run-around that I have ever experienced. This company refuses to refund my money and has not contacted me since my last request on May 17, 2007.

Looked online for local florist in Dallas, Texas and e-florist came up. I ordered the flower from them and got the confirmation/invoice with the total of $100.29. I got the credit card statement today but they charged us $112.34 which is $12 higher than original invoice. I called them and the customer service lady who had a very bad attitude claimed that the difference was from the conversion rate because they were a canadian company!!! The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted.

I ordered my wedding dress, my mother's dress and my bridesmaid dresses. We made our bridesmaid order in Feb. My wedding date is June 16th. Our ship date was for the first week of May. I was very much unhappy with their service. About a month ago, I was shopping in a local telecom service center for a mobile phone, but my American Express card got error all the time. I didn't owe them a penny and was wondering what's wrong with it. Whitehall jewelers at Randehurst mall in arlinton heights charging 395.00 for the esq. beacon watch, when I have the brochure from esq. swiss watches, and the retail is 350.00. I called 10 different jewelers from zales the devalle jewelers in hardwood heights and numerous ones on the internet the watch is 350.00 dont buy anything at this place they will RIP YOU OFF!!!! I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number. Not only this they advise to send toll free SMS to 121 stating my problems that they will resolve within 24 hrs. Most callously they send me all blizzard replies to the SMS sent to them. I have purchased a a Excel prepaid connection no. +919415184686 before few years after depositing necessary from and money with all formalities from BSNL (Bhara Sanchar Nigam Limied) Sitapur Uttar Pradesh India. Before few days my outgoing calls was barred by bsnl sitapur without any notice with this cause that they have loose my connection form and papers. We have been requesting Airtel (Sahara Mall) Gurgaon as well as R A Santana Company, Gurgaon from whom we purchased Blackberry Model 8700, to let us have software for Windows Vistas so that the Laptop containing Windows Vistas and the Blackberry become compatible. Airtel informs us that such a software is not available! Isn't this ridiculous.

On June 8, 2007, EDP withdrew $159.95 from a special checking account that only I have authority to use but fore my disabled daughter's expenses. I have discovered she went online with the premise of rebuilding her credit, she thought she canceled but a month later they took money. I booked a cylinder on 26.5.2007 in M / S Srinivasa Gas Agency, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. Till date the cylinder is not supplied. Everyday the office staff tells that it would be supplied "today". This reply I was getting till 11.6.2007. On the evening of 11.6.2007, to my astonishment I was told that the cylinder was supplied on 5.6.2007.

We recently bought Nafco / Domco vinyl strips and laid them in our bathroom. When we purchased the strips, the person where we purchased them from ask what type of floor we had down and I told him solarium. He said it would be ok to lay the strips over our existing floor.
He did not have the glue recommended on the box but sold us SAFOT 380. We used the 1/16" X 1/16" X 1/16" trowl so we would not get the glue too thick. That has been two weeks ago and the floor feels tacky and glue continues to come up through the cracks. We... read full review »

I bought an $1800.00 HP Laptop from the Circuit City in Timonium Maryland more then 6 months ago. They offered a $150.00 HP mail in rebate and a $50.00 Circuit City mail in rebate. After waiting 4 months and not receiving either rebate I contacted the rebate center for both Circuit City and HP. Both claim they never received my rebate. Cingular wireless keeps charging me for something from "m-qube" on my phone bill. Last month the local office in jefferson city, mo. Gave me credit for several months worth of charges. This month i once again had charges from m-qube on my bill.

Dell Financial Services (DFS) repeatedly and falsely accused me of failing to return a leased printer at the end of a business lease. Not only had I returned every piece of leased equipment by the deadline, but I had paid DFS more than $150(!) to come to my home office to pick up and ship my leased laptop and peripherals (including the printer in question), hoping this would ensure proper handling of the equipment and make the end of the lease go smoothly.

The extended warrantees at Staples are worthless. I purchased an Acer laptop there about a year and a half ago (buying an Acer was my first mistake). Within the year, the screen went. I brought my car in for major service. Told service rep. Not to rotate tires. Newer brand in front. Wrote on service order. When i got car home, noticed one side had been rotated. Mechanic checked off on checklist that he did not rotate tires. Mechanic is a liar. I don't know if he performed any inspections that he checked off as being ok. When my pole would not operate, I contacted Sunsetter, who advised me that they would only allow me 20% towards replacement parts and the cost of the parts would greatly exceed the cost of a complete new flag pole. Within the next couple of hours I received two phone calls from AT&T Wireless, one to confirm the order and the other was an inquiry.

I own a 1998 Chevy Blazer and my windshield wipers have a mind of their own. They work whenever they want to and when I turn them off they only stop when they want to. Also I may turn them on low and they go at a high speed. Or I turn them on and they won’t work at all for long periods of time. They said my temporary visitor visa which allowed me to stay up until 10/20/2007 also meant that I could not leave without the permission of the Bureau of Immigration. State of Ohio Department of Taxation. On april 17, 2007 I received a letter from the tax department that I owed $221.00 when I should have been getting back $125.00. The Ohio Tax is trying to claim tax from my Federal Social Security which is a no, no according to my tax consulting person. I purchased new number (09352120249) from reliance web world jaipur on dated 01/06/2007, and same day i was able to use this number and at time of purchasing i submitted my voter ID card, address proof bank statement and my photo.
Without any reason my outgoing call stopped from 10/06/2007. For this i had connected to reliance web but they don't give any answer and they cut my call each time means they don't want to answer, for this i registered complaint at customer care they gave me a number UCS42210.
