I received my bank statement to discover that this company submitted an arronious check to my account in the amount of $49.95 Check # 9999. I have never authorized this company to do this and I want my money back of $49.95 plus the overdraft fee I was charged by my bank of $32.00. It seems that I am not the only one who has been charged this and it has recked havoc on me I am on Social Security Disability and because of this it caused 3 other legitimate checks to have NSF my bank paid these but charge me $32.00 each for a total of an additional $96.00. I’ve recently filed a complaint against 3Web/CIA with the Better Business Bureau. My house hold items and Car - Maruti 800 transferred by Times packers & movers from Bangalore to Pune on 06/11/06 were received at Pune with lot of damages. I have had a loan with this company for 2 years and it has been total hell. They have poor customer service, they fail to keep their records accurate, they are harassers, they tack on unaccounted for fees. I took a loan with amerquest which was fine until sold to America's Service co. at which time I was overwhelmed with paper work from 5 lenders all knowing the details of my loan all looking for my loan payment.
