Bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in late 2005. I noticed it smelled somewhat like mildew if I got in it after it rained. This was purchased as a Christmas present 2006 and the inner pot or crock cracked in February - about 6 weeks later. We returned it to the manufacturer (Kitchen Aid) and to date have not received a replacement. We have been told it will take until at least July. This was a $170 crockpot. I am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS from mobile number 9897878867. I called up the customer care centre of AirTel for lodging the complaint. The company customer executive refused to entertain the complaint and expressed his inability to help me on the subject. He was insistent upon that I should lodge an F.I.R with police and when police writes to them, then only they will initiate any action. I bank at the mandevville branch of Am South and while I was out of town I used my debit card. When I returned I checked to see if all my bills were taken care of so I could withdraw my money without any over draft fees. I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted. I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number. I bought a Sunsetter flag pole with a 5 year written warranty on defective parts. When my pole would not operate, I contacted Sunsetter, who advised me that they would only allow me 20% towards replacement parts and the cost of the parts would greatly exceed the cost of a complete new flag pole.
