Lexus Customer Service and Lexus of Reno I recently purchased a Lexus RX300 that now has 85,000 miles on it. Just last week the transmission went out. Aren't Lexus' supposed to be dependable and last longer than many of the vehicles out there? I was told by two individual mechanics and by Lexus of Reno, that it is uncommon for the transmission to go out on a Lexus (a $40,000 vehicle!!!) this soon. I am hoping that someone can help me in finding out if a class action lawsuit is the way to go. We built a new house last May (2006) and had a large amount of Pergo Accolade installed. Immediately upon moving in the floor began "cricking" and "snapping". I am truly disgusted with the service I have received from this "upscale" furniture shop. I ordered an ottoman and a leaning ladder bookshelf on 28DEC, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for the ottaman to arrive and it is now over 6 months later and I still have not received it. My daughter purchased her gown at Francesca's. I should have known right from the beginning it was not going to turn out well. My daughter, who is a size 6, was told ALL gowns are small, and they ordered her a 12!! They measured her with her clothes on - in the winter~ the wedding was two weeks ago! Its been third time since i have been visiting Subhiksha in Noida. Whenever we ask for a particular product the usual answer is that the product is in the store and is due to be displayed! and i should revisit the store to buy the product. Once the items are purchased and it needs to be be billed the billing machines/ computers are not working! My son purchased a 110cc dirt bike from a distributor in WI with his own hard earned money on 7-4/06. He was told that this was a high quality product built and designed after Honda. Well let me tell you this is not true. We have had nothing but problems since this bike was purchased. After only driving this dirt bike 8 times, the frame broke and luckily he was not badly injured. We have sent many hours and a great deal of money on repairing this bike. I leased a 52 inch hd tv. It became blurry I ask for it to be fixed. They replaced it with a 48 inch and I should have gotten the same tv. I contracted with a local company, Fleureish, (sometimes known as Fleurish) in Phoenix, Arizona. I used travel frequently from Chennai to Kerala sometimes with out any reservation ticket. The General Ladies coach in Tvm Chennai trains are horrible and the ladies are traveling inside breathless without even having any space to keep legs on the coach. The travel is terrible during the festival seasons like Pongal, Onama of both states because students and working women travel mostly this time. Kid claims to be in college earning 'points' for a trip by going door-to-door selling magazines. Proceeds to hard sell us into buying and said we can cancel anytime within 3 business days.
