We have been using Bata products for the past 15 years and we never found any problem. Last night (18-06-2007, Monday) at about 8.55 pm myself along with my father had gone to Bata Showroom in Chikkadpally, near Chandana Bros, Hyderabad to purchase a pair of shoes. The staff there were too irresponsible and they did allow us to go inside and the reason given by them was that the show room closes at 8.30pm sharp. I would like to share my unpleasant experience I had today in Target at Appalachee Pkway! I was shopping on the clearance rack today in the boys section. When an employee named Brittany came up folding tshirts on the back wall next to the rack where I already was. While I was holding up the shirts for my son to decide if he liked, mind you the shirts are against her back at this point and I had no personal space. I asked Brittany if I was in her way? On Sunday June 9,2007 I went shopping at Walmart. At the register I gave a blank check with my signature to pay my bill. The clerk gave my check which was blank and a receipt for my purchase. I ask the clerk to void my check and redo the transaction at another register where the printer was was working, She refuse and so did her supervisor refuse. I had to go to the assistant store manager to complete the transaction properly. I was so irate that I called 1800-walmart to make a complaint. I am very upset about the bus service. I reside in Southall and I usually have to take bus to Southall station, however most of the time the bus driver dont stop the bus on Sussex road stop even if you request them to stop. It happens quiet often now because of which I have faced difficulties. Amana gas range, Model No. ACF 3325AW, worked well until-- 5 years after purchase--we tried the self-cleaning feature... disaster. Trim on the top of the door melted, which was easily fixable, and the igniter apparently shorted out. Service man essentially claimed the cost to fix and susceptibility to future failure made purchase of a new stove to best choice. Whirlpool (aka Maytag, Amana, and probably other brands) would make no concession (oh, out of warranty. so sorry) even though they recalled other stoves in the 3315 and 3335 model serie... read full review »

I enrolled with sears master gold card. (bad move) For some reason they sent my bill to the wrong address and I didn't get my bill for two months. Since I was in Florida I didn't think it would be a problem getting my mail forwarded. They sent the bill to my physical address and the post office sent it back. It should have been sent to my mailing address. I got a letter from a collection agency so I called them immediately and found out what the problem was. They told me they would take care of it. I recently ordered a book from the John Lyons Library. They immediately started sending more books when nowhere was this mentioned at the time of ordering the first book. After buying three books, I started returning them to sender unopened via USPS. I have now received threats to be turned over to a collection agency for a product that I returned. There is absolutely no contact information on the invoices, so I have sent letters along with the invoice telling them the book was returned. Hi, my name is Krysten Sofka and I have a complaint with AC Delco replacement parts. In May of 2006 the air conditioning in my 1997 Olds. Aurora went out. I took it to a local mechanic and they had to replace my air conditioning compressor. Less than three months later my air started to go out but due to being away for school I was unable to take it back in until this Spring. I have been looking for a good deal on a Vidalia Chop Wizard so I went over to look at the prices since there was a sign that said "Sale 50% Off". We have a paid up life insurance policy with a company named American Progressive Life Insurance, Co. Inc. that was located in Brentwood, Tn on our son who is now 42. We are unable to reach them, it seems as if there is not such a place now. Is there anyway possible we could get any info on the company, whether it still exist or not. Don' t use Budget Van Lines. They are a broker even though they have they use "Van Lines" in their name. They broker you to another company who picks up your things. They sent Star Box Van Lines to pick up my items. Star Box charge us 3 times whate Budget quoted us and wanted cash. Then when they delivered, they stuffed things in my garage and I was pregnant at the time and had no way of moving it myself. The story is i came one day to the front desk to apply for the membership for the privilage card as my friend is holding one, and i really enjoyed the hotel and their services in kuwait.

I constantly receive my mail between 5 and 6 pm each day. With this late delivery I loose one (1) business day for response to any mail that requires a response within a certain time frame. This has happened to me many times, and I am upset and frustrated. read full review »

The undersigned bought this refrigerator from M/s Galaxy, Dwarakanagar, Viskhapatnam on 14 Aug 2006. Since the day of purchase the item has been giving constant troubles of the following :
(a) cooling - must have incurred a loss of Approx Rs 10,000.00 on items spoiled due to low cooling,
(b) light in the refrigerator was non operational for more than six months after repeated complaints at the Service center.

Because Snapper has a reputation for high quality lawn mowers, and I have been pleased with my experience with them in the past, I purchased a 16hp - 42" cut rear engine riding mower in May of 2000. It was considerably more expensive than some other mowers I considered. The cliche' that "you get what you pay for" is certainly not true in this case! I have had nothing but trouble from this mower!
