On 18th June 2007 i recharged for Rs 52 to get STD call rate as Rs 1.50 with reference of customer care people. After that my STD call rate was Rs 2.90 per min and for local Rs 2.75 per min. Fortunately we had no real need for their services for the 3 years that we did utilize them. I purchased this product at kathmandu nepa hima trade links pvt ltd in nov 2005 warranty certificate 8060 serial no. 1326244. I bought an item valued at $19.99 on e-bay and paid for UPS shipping. I had no choice as I wouldn't have picked UPS. They are the worst!!
