I tried to cash $40.00 in travelers at a Citi Bank in Santa Clara CA. As with Tim the teller asked if I had an account at that bank. Sold heavily by the company, the Smart Shift technology HAS NOT BEEN PERFECTED. I purchased 3 M2's in Feb. 2007 with the technology and all are having problems. What's worse, is that the electronics are so complicated the service techs can't fix them. They try to get instructions from Mercedes (maker of Smart Shift) but it appears the troubleshooting is either unclear or "over their heads". I have been charged with account protection fee for my USairways Mastercard. When I called they said, while I was activating the card through voice response, I must have misunderstood and pressed the button to activate this protection. I have been charged around $16 - $17 per month and they only offered me one month of refund out of six months. I purchased a motorola v3 on 17th august 2006 and my cell started creating problems from around 10th of may. I have been to my local service center around 5 times and they repaired my cell but as i start using it again it becomes dead. It has lasted for over a week now and has some serious side effects including dehydration. Our staffy caine (our son) had a wonderful doctor in altamonte springs me and my husband jason moved to orlando and decided to go to banfield inside petsmart when we noticed he was favoring his foot. Our dog loved to tug on tree limbs and one of his nails got stagged and was ripped off. We were moving from Mumbai and chennai. The packers were supposed to unload and unpack the goods for which they had charged us. In chennai, they send an open truck ( a local trucker) and he refused to unload unless paid in full. Secondly, they were supposed to unload and unpack and we were forced to look for people to unload and spend a bomb to unload and unpack.
