I have had my side-by-side Jenn Air Refrigerator for about 7-8 years. This is the third time that I have had to throw away all of the food because the refrigerator stopped cooling. On 5/31/07 I had water damage to my house that caused my family and I to stay at Best Western Atrium Gardens Hotel in Elizabethtown, KY from 6/10-6/27/07. They were supposed to bill my Insurance Company, State Farm. Instead, they charged my bank account $1,232 on 6/25/07, and $249 on 6/27. We recently stayed in the same motel 6 that we stayed in in 1995 and it was still a mess. The carpets were so dirty their was a black trail to the bath room and around the beds. Very dirty. They switched rooms for us and gave us a handicap room and the shower head came off the hose and for three days we had no shower. If I was you I would take my name off the bill board. I signet up for AT&T phone service, internet and free dish. The quote I was given for my total bill was $121.00 a month. However my bills are over &250.00 a month. I never received free dish. First Dish bill $167.00 dollars a month and att / dish refuses to fix the bill. My second dish bill is $85.00 Again no fix by ATT. Dish tells me they cant help, sine I signed up with ATT. ATT has been very rude and even threatened to cut off my phone if I don't pay. I have the online agreement that states what credits I should be getting and ATT refuses to live up it. Beware - this company claims to have been doing business for 37 years but most of their painters have very little experience. They talk a good talk but the outcome is far from what most people are expecting. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
