We recently stayed in the same motel 6 that we stayed in in 1995 and it was still a mess. The carpets were so dirty their was a black trail to the bath room and around the beds. Very dirty. They switched rooms for us and gave us a handicap room and the shower head came off the hose and for three days we had no shower. If I was you I would take my name off the bill board. Beware - this company claims to have been doing business for 37 years but most of their painters have very little experience. They talk a good talk but the outcome is far from what most people are expecting. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They sold me an extended warranty in case a any breakdowns or etc. Well my T.V. received a screen burn-in due to some cable channels not all being hi-def yet. This company gets worse with each passing day. 1-They are continuing to sell DBS (satellite) equipment and subscriptions KNOWING they will be switching to IPTV within 1 year. This will make equipment useless. 2-REFUSE to honor LIFETIME subscriptions and have demanded $5 ADDITIONAL a month or will turn off 4 channels ONLY from lifetime members! Between the rude customer service people and the one's that simply just told me anything, it is now 7-2-07. No one in their right minds would consider buying APC inverters. I bought one in 2005, and its never worked three consecutive months. Even a local APC service center personnel admitted the numerous problems APC inverters have. Now its 3 months since I am awaiting change of batteries and perhaps the inverter itself. My Nissan 2000 Crewcab was leaking antifreeze. I took it to Northpoint for a diag check, they told me I had a busted Radiator hose and needed a Headgasket replacement repair, for a total cost of $1,804. I was called back about two weeks later and informed my truck was repaired but I had a loud knocking noise. XM's customer contact center is horrible. They are unable to accomplish simple tasks like the cancellation of service for one of the radios on my account. I spent over an hour being transferred back and forth between various departments but never accomplished the cancellation. They refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. This company is the worst!
