I have a very bitter experience with the service of TATA SUMO victa they have a very poor after sale services at Port Blair authorized service station and no back up of spares with dealer, though my vehicles in still in the guarantee period they have charged for the tighting of u bolt of the vehicle and they don't have any skilled mechanics and they never failed to rectify the fault. This is the same amount I was charged on my June statement, from ALD Enterprises, also based in Utah.
