This company has been charging me repeatedly for about 4 months now. There are numerous charges for products I never received. I have complained to the company with the understanding that i was to be canceled from their customer list. I have disputed the charges through my credit card company. I had my television stop working at the end of May 2007. I called in for a repair and I am still awaiting repair today 41 days later. This is complaint against sbi credit cards where they have not been sending statements for last eight months. Without my authorization they have paid to Sundaram finance for a health insurance policy and now they have paid renewal charges without my permission or intimation. On 09th July 2007 I had gone to Food Bazar for shopping of foodgrains and household stuff. Since I cannot take the bags (09 nos) alone like always I went to the security counter for Home Delivery. OneCare has worked for 4 months since buying a new computer with Vista. Now it is slowing down Photoshop CS2 and CS3. CS2 takes up to a minute and a half to load. CS3 takes up to 3 minutes to shut down. If I turn off virus protection in OneCare, the programs work perfectly. read full review »
